Overview

You may request deletion of your AGSeva account. When a request is accepted into the deletion lifecycle, the account is disabled immediately, removed from public and member-facing discovery, and held for a 30-day recovery period as AGSeva platform policy (not a statement that the law requires 30 days). After the recovery period ends, an administrator may permanently purge account data.

Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Deletion does not force third parties (for example Google, Meta, SMS providers, or mail providers) to erase logs that AGSeva does not control.

Method 1 — Logged-in member

  1. Sign in to AGSeva.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Go to Account & Security (Account page).
  4. In the Danger Zone, choose Delete My Account.
  5. Read the consequences, confirm your password (or Google-linked identity), and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

You will be signed out. Login will be refused while the deletion request is pending.

Method 2 — Cannot sign in

For manual requests we require reasonable identity verification (for example the registered email address and enough detail to locate the account) before processing.

What happens after you request deletion

  1. You submit the request (or support opens a verified request).
  2. Your account is disabled immediately (deletion_pending).
  3. Public and member directory visibility for your profile is suppressed.
  4. A 30-day recovery period begins.
  5. During the recovery period you may contact support to request restoration.
  6. After the recovery period the request becomes eligible for irreversible purge by Super Admin.
  7. Certain limited security/legal records may be retained where necessary.

We do not claim that every backup copy or operational log vanishes instantaneously. Backups age out on a retention schedule after production backup processes are configured.
